Biography
Ivy Abraham is an Assistant Professor of UX Design in the Design Department at Utah Tech University. She holds a master’s degree in User Experience Design from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur. She is passionate about design, design pedagogy and ethical technology, with a focus on making complex systems clear and trustworthy for the people who use them. Most recently, she was a Product Designer at CadenceAI, a healthcare AI startup, where she designed workflows and a design system for a clinical trial operations platform. Before that, she co-designed TRAIL, an alternate reality game about AI created for the inaugural Purdue/Google AI Summit in Indianapolis in 2024. She has also lent her design skills to nonprofit organizations. Outside of work, she enjoys music, history and etymology.
